Still going strong at the age of 90 Warren Buffett is indeed one of the most successful investors ever. With a net worth of over $80 billion, he has shown that prudence and common sense can be very useful tools for investing, something that he has done since the age of 11. Starting with a paper route, the Oracle of Omaha's business life went through the University of Nebraska and the Columbia Business School before creating Buffett Partnership in 1956. This led to buying a textile firm called Berkshire Hathaway that became the namesake of his very successful holding company.
